the king and I

people in Thailand really love their King. It is his sixtieth anniversary year and so this is particularly visible. My first realisation of this was even as I was waiting to go through passport control at Bangkok airport (sadly in the area one can't take photos) where " we 'heart' our king" kept coming up on the otherwise informational LED panel above the immigration officers....after this I kept trying to capture the king wherever I saw him.....
