Susan
Collins is an Employee Development Specialist with the Out of Plant Unit
of HRDS. She received her BS degree in Interdisciplinary Technology from
Texas A&M University. She has worked for nineteen years with the Food
Safety and Inspection Service. Eighteen of those years have been with training
and development in what is now called HRDS. She worked in Denton, TX for
12 years and has been working in College Station, TX for 7 ? years.
Susan is a master facilitator for Zenger-Miller. She primarily works in the area of supervision and management, interpersonal skills, culture change, conflict resolution, facilitation skills and techniques, communication, and prevention of workplace violence, and safety. She is certified to administer the Psychological Instruments used to interpret Relationship Awareness Theory. Her hobbies include competition in State horseshoe tournaments, reading, sports, and family activities. |
