This image is from Five Hours Later (2019-20), a live transmission which took place between Sheffield UK, and Boston USA, commissioned by Site Gallery Sheffield to coincide with their 40th anniversary year. The image was constructed pixel by pixel , line by line horizontally from the top left to the bottom right corner of the screen over a five hour timespan – embedding quite literally the time difference between the two locations.
Vide Atelier is an online shop of limited edition prints, by a lively mix of contemporary artists, established by DACS, Marcel for Art and Verisart to support artists during COVID-19. All profits go straight to the artists.
